About me:

I’m an 18 years old Great Britain Canoe slalom Athlete from Cheshunt, Waltham Cross. I was talent spotted in testing that was undertaken by British Canoeing around the borough. I was introduced to the 2012 legacy Talent Identification programme at just the age of 12. This was my first insight into canoeing and as you can see, I loved it. I’ve now been paddling for 6 years and Canoe slalom has given me opportunities I never would have had without it. For example, I have been interviewed and featured in a series made by the BBC called ‘A day that changed my life’.

My best result and as stated above my favourite course is Rio de Janiero, where I experienced my first Senior World Championships in 2018 where I finished 8th  in the C1 women individual and won Gold in the team event alongside Kimberley Woods and Mallory Franklin.

My ideal goal in canoeing would be; to qualify for the 2024 Paris Olympics and to be able to represent my country.

My recent successes are:

-       Bronze Medal in the Junior European Championships

-       Silver team Medal in the Junior World Championships

-       British Open Junior Champion in Kayak and Canoe
